The two ways it can be argued are 1) The bomb itself is a supernatural effect, which means it would enter an AMF and shatter into a harmless liquid, or 2) the ability to create the bomb is itself a supernatural effect and the bomb is (mostly) mundane, which would make it equivalent to throwing a vial of Alchemist's Fire into the field. The text of antimagic field says "A normal creature can enter the area, as can normal missiles. A Warforge could make an Arcana check to feel the faint tingle of the field, but that's up to the DM. Really though, Antimagic Field is supposed to be difficult to get rid of. The antimagic field spell block some means of gaining temporary hit points.
